Joe Scaglione
For Joe, a 40-something managing partner with U.S. Mortgage Group, this is a family affair. His wife Pauline, works in the office managing the phones, while his three kids have been known to run amuck through the office. But that's OK -- Joe would not have it any other way. Joe brings over 20 years of banking experience to the group, and has been a mortgage broker and partner in the firm for the past 2 years. He and his family live in Aurora.

Jerry Keily
Jerry, another 40-something guy, also makes U.S. Mortgage Group a family affair. He works closely in the office with his wife Cindy. Jerry is the originating founder of the company, and offers 4 years experience as a mortgage broker. Jerry is more that just the office wit --- he offers years of experience in the banking business, and prides himself on understanding that each individual brings different needs and challenges to the table. His commitment is to make sure your program fits. He lives in Littleton with his wife and two teenagers.

James E. Barry
Jim brings to U.S. Mortgage Group over 15 years experience in the financial industry. Mr. Barry attained the CCMB (Colorado Certified Mortgage Broker) designation in 1996 and is a member of the Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers and National Association of Mortgage Brokers. As a founding partner of U.S. Mortgage Group LLC he offers expertise and understanding to select the best possible mortgage for your needs.

Mr Barry holds a BA and BS from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA. Jim is a resident of Park Hill in Denver.

Ed Lucas
Ed is the newest partner and brings a strong background as a loan officer to the group. His wife Melba works with all our Spanish speaking customers. Ed and Melba live in Aurora with their two daughters.
